Frequently Asked
Reports are generated and emailed automatically after payment is
confirmed - in most cases you will receive your report within
minutes. Occasionally a report may take longer, for example if
it is triggered for manual review, if it is ordered outside
working hours, or if a third party data provider is experiencing
delays beyond our control. We will always endeavour to get your
report to you as quickly as possible. If you have not received
your report within 2 hours please contact
us and we will investigate.
