MDataWorks is a vehicle intelligence business based in the United Kingdom, managed and operated by David Rutherford. We operate the website at mdataworks.com and provide BMW vehicle history reports and related services.

When you order a Vehicle Report, we collect:
- Your name and email address (to deliver your report)
- The VIN or registration number you provide
- Payment information (processed securely by SumUp - we do not store card details)
When you visit our website, we may also collect standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance purposes.

- To fulfil your Vehicle Report order and send you the report by email
- To respond to any enquiries you make
- To comply with our legal obligations
We do not use your personal data for marketing without your explicit consent.

Order records are retained for six years in accordance with HMRC requirements. Report request data is deleted after this period.
